Data we collect
We may collect name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, dates, necessary traveler details, interests, disclosed requirements, and inquiry, booking, payment, and communication history.
We also record basic technical data such as IP address, browser, pages visited, security logs, and necessary cookies. The agency does not store full card details.
How we use data
We use data to quote, check availability, build itineraries, collect payment, confirm and operate services; answer questions; prevent fraud; meet accounting or legal duties; and improve the experience.
Promotional communications, if enabled, require a valid basis and always provide an opt-out. We do not sell personal data.
Providers and transfers
We share only what is needed with tour operators, accommodation providers, carriers, airlines, payment processors, hosting, email, WhatsApp, and technology support involved in the request or booking.
Some providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and safeguards. Full card details are never sent to the agency.
Retention and security
We retain data as long as needed to manage the relationship, resolve claims, and meet legal, accounting, and security duties. It is then deleted or anonymized when reasonably possible.
We use access controls, updates, backups, and encrypted connections. No system is infallible; required measures will be taken if a relevant incident occurs.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, updating, or deletion when applicable, or withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. Some duties may require certain records to be retained.
To make a request, write from the email linked to the booking and include enough information to verify your identity.
Privacy contact
Privacy requests are accepted at the email published in the site footer. Use “Privacy” in the subject line to help route the request.
