Scope and acceptance
By booking, paying, or approving a proposal, the person responsible for the purchase confirms that they reviewed the service page, currency, dates, travelers, inclusions, exclusions, and applicable policies.
A specific condition shown on the service page, proposal, or confirmation prevails when it establishes a more detailed rule for a supplier or service.
Request, availability, and confirmation
A request or quote does not hold space until the agency confirms the booking and the required payment is received. Availability may change between the inquiry and payment confirmation.
Confirmation is sent to the email provided and identifies the order number, services, date, and amount paid. The customer must report incorrect details immediately.
Prices, currency, and payments
The Spanish version operates in CLP, the Portuguese version in BRL, and the English version in USD. The final amount and currency are always shown before payment confirmation.
The standard booking charges only an online deposit and clearly separates the remaining balance, which is paid at the agency as stated on the page or confirmation. Any exceptional full-payment service is clearly disclosed before checkout. Bank or currency-conversion fees are the payer’s responsibility.
Traveler responsibilities
Each traveler must arrive on time, follow operational instructions, and carry the stated documents, clothing, and equipment. Delays or absence may be treated as a no-show.
Altitude, weather, and difficulty vary. Customers must review restrictions, disclose relevant needs, and consult a healthcare professional when appropriate. The agency does not replace medical advice.
Changes, cancellations, and force majeure
Customer-requested changes are subject to availability, supplier conditions, and possible fare differences. The full change and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.
For safety, weather, closures, authority instructions, or events beyond reasonable control, a service may be rescheduled, rerouted, or canceled. The alternative permitted by the supplier and applicable rules will be offered.
Suppliers, flights, and accommodation
Some services are delivered by independent operators, airlines, accommodation providers, or carriers. Their schedules, baggage, check-in, documentation, and specific penalties are stated in the proposal or confirmation.
Airfare and accommodation rates may be dynamic. They are only guaranteed after ticketing or supplier confirmation.

Operational communications are sent by email and/or WhatsApp using the details provided. Their processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
